OPTION ONE Full Service Lawn Care & Maintenance Only $99 Per Month

($25 per week Average)

Are you looking for a FULL Service solution for your lawn maintenance in Kissimmee? We have just the service for you that gives you full piece of mind on your lawn maintenance in Kissimmee, Poinciana, St Cloud Area. We offer our full service option in a select area only. You get weekly Service all summer long and bi weekly spring and fall. Winter will be monthly when the lawns slow down.

WHAT IS INCLUDED FOR FULL SERVICE LAWN CARE?

  • Weekly, Bi-Weekly Or Monthly (depending on season) Mowing, Trimming, Edging and blowing 
  • Hedges and bushes including Palms up to 10 Feet tall trimmed and pruned 2-3 times per year.
  • Lawn Fertilizing Spring And Fall

The monthly charge of $99 is year round and includes you staying on during the winter months. During that time we do other lawn maintenance.

Please note tree and bush trimming is generally done when we are slow and not at your first visit. We do everyone’s bushes etc around the same time. We try to do them 2-3 times per year. During Winter spring and fall as we can make the time.

OPTION TWO Budget Lawn Care $99 Per Month

Are you looking for a budget lawn service for you lawn that is under 1/4 acre? We have put together that service for you. It does not have the perks of our FULL SERVICE lawncare but it does offer a discounted rate for those of you that are on a budget. You will receive Bi-Weekly Or Monthly (depending on season) Mowing, Trimming, Edging and blowing. Jan – March the mowing’s will be monthly the rest of the year it will be bi weekly.

OPTION 3 BASIC Lawn Care $49 Per Month

Are you looking for a basic lawn service to keep the HOA off your butt for you lawn that is under 1/4 acre? We have put together that service for you. It does not have the perks of our FULL SERVICE  lawncare but it does offer a discounted rate for those of you that are on the strictest budget. You will receive Monthly Mowing, Trimming, Edging and blowing. Once per month Year Round.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY By submitting this form, I hereby release Captain Jack Lawns and their workers from any and all responsibility for unforeseen damages to property.   The service provider shall not be responsible for damage to items on or below the lawn surface which is not clearly visible or marked.  Including, but not limited to, Cables, Wires, Rope, Pipes, Sprinkler Components, Water Lines, Toys, Dog Toys, Leashes, Christmas Lights, Decorative Lights, etc. It is the customer/homeowner's responsibility to make sure that the area is clear of any obstacles and clearly marked before service is provided.
